Our Return Policy

We stand behind every piece we make. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Celestina order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. We inspect every return upon arrival — pieces that show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps and we'll take care of the rest.

Step 01 Contact us within 14 days

Email us at bycelestinajewels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 02 Receive your return instructions

We'll send you a return authorization and the address to ship the item back to. Please do not send returns without authorization — they will not be accepted.

Step 03 Ship the item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Celestina is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Step 04 Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your full refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items returned after 14 days of the delivery date

Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way

Items returned without original packaging

Custom or personalized pieces made to order

Items purchased during final sale or promotional events

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you — no return required.

Please note

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). In that case, we cover the return shipping in full.
