We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. Every piece ships with care, exactly the way it was made.

Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled, not at the time of purchase. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
Tracking confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your label is created.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Celestina is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at bycelestinajewels@gmail.com — we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to control transit conditions.
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
For lost packages, contact us at bycelestinajewels@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
