Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since every piece is handcrafted and plated by hand in small batches, we take the time to ensure each order meets our quality standards before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99

Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned — we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Celestina Jewels is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or checking with neighbors if this occurs.
